I thought to myself, what the world needs is a ttrpg generator for plot starters for 1960s and 1970s themed southern California young people endless drama. I have a box set of Drive In movie classics that helped to give me ideas along with a couple Roger Corman collections. The movies have the cheesiest plots but a certain charm. 

Use these lists as inspiration for your own games, for solo play or groups, and with any ttrpg system you like. 

You can download files in a linear landscape format or a booklet format, where you can fold and staple in the middle. The content is the same in both.

Disclaimer: By today's standards, some of the movies or ideas from the 1960s and 1970s that helped inspire this work contain offensive subject matter. I think the media can be enjoyed for what it is and the era in which it was created can be looked at with context. Also importantly, as a modern audience we should recognize and take seriously those offensive aspects. In this day and age, I consider the kinds of movies I mentioned for inspiration to be for adults. 

Additionally, the plots generated with this document can contain potentially sensitive topics such as drug use, sexuality, or violence. It is your job as a responsible gamer to implement safety tools and communicate effectively to create a positive and safe gaming experiences for all at the table. I did my best to try and word the plots to be PG13 at most, but they are open ended and can go in many directions.
